At Smokin Glory BBQ, we believe good food should be fun, easy, and crowd-pleasing. Our slider bar is perfect for open houses, office lunches, casual parties, and networking events—anywhere you want great food without the fuss.
Each drop-off includes your choice of meat, slider rolls, BBQ sauce, a side, slaw, and disposables. It’s a simple, self-serve setup that lets your guests build their own sliders just the way they like—no staff needed, no stress involved.
Slider Bar Drop-Off
Perfect for casual events, office lunches, open houses, and celebrations! Our slider bar includes your choice of meats, slider buns, and classic sides — delivered hot and ready to serve. Available Monday - Friday, from 11am-6pm. Minimum of 10 guests.
Meats
All of our meats are trimmed and seasoned by hand with fresh, gluten-free ingredients and then cooked for hours over real oak wood.
Santa Maria Tri-Tip
Barbecued for hours over oak wood, our tri-tip is one of a king. A special Santa Maria inspired rub gives it amazing flavor while still bringing out the tender, meaty flavor of this fantastic cut of beef.
Pulled Pork
Sauced or unsauced, our mouthwatering pulled pork is a winner! Smoked for over 10 hours, you can taste the love and dedication. Cooked over apple wood and rubbed with our sweet seasoning, this pulled pork will leave you wanting more.
Chopped Grilled Chicken Breast
Tender, juicy chicken breast, grilled to perfection and chopped for easy serving—perfect for lighter sliders with big flavor.

Every barbecue needs a Macaroni Salad! Ours is crispy, crunchy, cool and adds a complimentary taste of home to every meal.

Two soft rolls per person, each about 3 inches in diameter—perfectly sized for building hearty, handheld BBQ sliders.

Crisp, tangy dill pickles served on the side—because every great slider deserves a little crunch.
BBQ Sauce
Our sweet and mild house-made BBQ sauce is served on the side—perfect for topping or dipping your sliders just the way you like.

We offer free delivery within 25 miles of Post Falls! Planning something farther out? No problem—just ask us about our travel rates.

Important Catering Information:
*A reasonable travel fee will be charged for all deliveries 25 miles or further.*
Hot holding equipment is available for rent or for purchase. Recommended for all events over 40 and any event 'open-house' style.
*Prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Dates and quotes can only be held for 72 hours from time of official quote. All catering jobs require a non-refundable 30% booking fee upon accepting a quote and the balance will be due the day of event. A signed contract is required to secure the date.*
