Available Monday–Friday from 7–10 AM, our breakfast menu includes flavorful options to fuel your crew without the stress. Hot, ready, and prepared with everything you need to keep mornings simple and satisfying.
Breakfast Burritos
Hearty, hand-held, and packed with flavor—each burrito is approximately 10 oz and made to satisfy. Perfect for morning meetings or on-the-go events. Comes with napkins. $10/person | 10-person minimum *Must be ordered by increments of 5* *Can mix & match by increments of 10*
Tri-Tip Breakfast Burritos
A hearty and flavorful choice featuring tender tri-tip, crispy potatoes, scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and salsa—wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and perfect for powering through the morning.
Linguisa Breakfast Burritos
A bold, savory start to your day—this burrito is packed with linguisa sausage, seasoned potatoes, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and salsa, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
Breakfast Buffet
A hot, satisfying spread ideal for team breakfasts, early events, or casual gatherings. Includes our signature Tri-Tip Hash with potatoes and onions, fluffy scrambled eggs, and pancakes with butter and syrup. Served with salt, pepper, and everything your morning crew needs to start strong. Comes with disposable plates, napkins, and silverware. $14/person with a 20-person minimum.
Tri-Tip Hash
A savory blend of seasoned potatoes, tender tri-tip, and sautéed onions—grilled to perfection and served hot. A hearty, flavorful favorite that anchors any breakfast spread.
Pancakes
Fluffy, golden pancakes served with butter and syrup—classic, comforting, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Scrambled Eggs

Salt, pepper, butter, and syrup are included with every meal. Additional condiments—sour cream, ketchup, or salsa—are available for $0.50/person each.

Important Catering Information:
*A reasonable travel fee will be charged for all deliveries.*
Hot holding equipment is available for rent or for purchase. Recommended for all events over 40 and any event 'open-house' style.
*Prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Dates and quotes can only be held for 72 hours from time of official quote. All catering jobs require a non-refundable 30% booking fee upon accepting a quote and the balance will be due the day of event. A signed contract is required to secure the date.*
