Rubbed with our sweet and mild blend of spices, these smoked St. Louis Ribs are a great item to bring as an appetizer or as the main course! Approximately 12 ribs, these racks can serve between 3-4 people.
For pick-up on Wednesday, ribs come packaged hot for pick-up between 4-5pm. For pick-up on Saturday, ribs come packaged cold with reheating instructions for pick-up between 9-10am. All orders must be placed by Tuesday, 11/19, by 10am to be considered for November pick-ups. All orders placed after 10am on Tuesday, 11/19, will be refunded.
