Rubbed with our house rub and allowed to marinate, these smoked Prime Ribs are like nothing you've ever had before.  Packed with flavor, incredibly moist, this tender cut will be the talk of your Christmas Dinner.  This roast can feed approximately 12 people - each with a 3/4" thick slice of Prime Rib.  And as a bonus, we serve up some horseradish on the side!
 
This meal includes Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes, Garden Salad, Rolls, and a Cheesecake for 12 people.  It includes horseradish, croutons, dressing, and butter.
 
Holiday Prime Ribs come packaged cold with reheating instructions for pick-up on Monday, December 23rd, between 4-6pm.  All orders must be placed by Thursday, December 19th by 10am to be included.
